As a Graduate, it was important to me to head in the right direction at the beginning of my career. Choosing the right firm was of utmost importance.
The things that attracted me to Wellingtons was the company culture, in particular their values; as they concurred with the values that I was looking for. The most impressive ones were: integrity, respect, teamwork, loyalty and continuous improvement.
I remember that I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door for my first interview. Wellingtons has an open door policy and I find enormous support from the partners, managers and colleagues. I find that being under the guidance of a Mentor is extremely helpful. Every day is a learning curve and I find myself developing and improving constantly as an individual.
